Why Choose Us?

We, at Cambridge Homes, create Luxury Patio Homes and Communities for a small, but discerning, group of Clients: Adult Households. Designed for those seeking a high level of custom finish in a smaller home, each Cambridge Patio Home includes fewer, exceptionally spacious rooms for busy adults with better things to do with their time than maintain expansive lawns and unused rooms. Every Cambridge portfolio plan is thoughtfully considered, and in every Cambridge home, front yard maintenance is performed by the Homeowner Association.

At Cambridge Homes, we strive to help each client create a home that perfectly fits their new stage of life. Most of our homeowners, with their children grown and gone, consider it to be “Their Turn” now. They want what THEY want this time around and we consider it our privilege to help them accomplish just that. In the process, we strive to give them a happy, satisfying experience.

Over the years, we have won numerous awards for the unique homes we create and the special communities in which we build them.
